Standard Returns
 
  • Goods must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 12 days of delivery.
  • If you have changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For faulty or defective products, we will provide a prepaid return postage label.
  • Returns must include all original components. Incomplete or damaged returns may be rejected.
  • Once goods are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 8 working days depending on your financial institution.

Defective Goods
